I studied music from an early age and received a degree in music performance from the University of Georgia. When I was practicing and performing music, I intuitively felt I was having a real experience of connecting with the energy of the divine to co-create the music that I was playing and singing. Later on, I felt this same experience of working with the energy of spirit to co-create when I got into creative writing when writing novels. I believe that this co-creation of working with the energy of the divine is always occurring for anyone engaging in any kind of creative pursuit at any level, no matter who you are. Later, I also got into astronomy and astrophotography and always felt that I was connecting to something deeply spiritual when I explored the stars.

Beginning in my late twenties I gravitated to meditation during a period of personal crisis that was the beginning of a profound inner transformation that unfolded over many years as I worked to heal the wounds of my own past. At this point, I began to seriously question the rigid religious ideas I had been taught, and a felt a very strong call to go deep within myself. I felt stuck in my life and didn’t know what to do, but somehow had an inner knowing that the answers could be found within. As my meditation deepened and I became disciplined with my practice, I eventually began to have some profound and extremely powerful mystical experiences where I felt an intense, but deeply loving energy moving through me that could not be easily described or defined. I would often come out of meditation with a sudden insight or inner knowing of how to approach various issues and problems in my life. Over time, this meditation practice opened me up to working with energy in a different and more deeply connected way in what is sometimes called channeling.

I have come to experience personally that true healing is a journey through the self that must take place on several levels: mind, body, and spirit. Those that work with me have described the experience as transformational, healing on multiple levels (including ancestral), and very powerful. Often people experience personal breakthroughs, healing emotional releases, or feeling at peace, restored, and reconnected to the divine essence within. I provide a safe, reverent space for whatever you are seeking: clear insight, healing, inner peace, or a deeper connection with your true self. It is my aim to help others connect more deeply with the truth of who you are, release what no longer serves, and live as a conscious creator—to help you embody your true purpose and shape a life rooted in truth, freedom, and the infinite power within.
