My Story

I have been in tune with energy & very psychically sensitive with extrasensory abilities from an early age but did not always realize that was what I was experiencing. I can look back now & recognize that my channeling gifts came online early in life but I did not always understand what was happening or how to control it. I felt a constant presence of what could be termed “other”.

I grew up in a family of religious extremes where there were multiple conflicting views on spirituality and a ton of disagreement about what spirituality meant that were often based in fear. I tried to shut out my extrasensory gifts to fit in because I had been taught to fear my gifts.

Eventually I questioned all the fear-based ideas I was taught. As an adult I went through my own deep healing journey & personal transformation over the course of many years. I sought to understand what spirituality truly meant for me personally within my own being, when viewed outside the lens of the fear-based religious conditioning I experienced growing up.

I studied music from an early age and received a degree in music performance from the University of Georgia. I came to realize that I was doing a form of channeling with my music. When I was practicing and performing music, I intuitively felt I was having a real experience of connecting with the energy of the divine to co-create the music that I was playing and singing.

In my late twenties I got into meditation during a period of personal crisis. During this period I began the practice of automatic writing, channeling in written form. Day after day I would write pages & pages, filled with helpful information I could not have known with my mind. Over the years I filled up stacks of notebooks with this channeling, but I kept it mostly to myself.

As my meditation practice deepened, I began having profound mystical experiences where I saw visions & felt an extremely powerful, yet deeply loving energy moving through me that could not be easily described or defined. Over time, this meditation practice helped open me up to start to channel verbally & in spoken light language. Before long, I was channeling for groups & working with clients.

I have come to experience personally that true healing is a journey through the self that must take place on several levels: mind, body, and spirit.

It is my aim to help others connect more deeply with the truth of who you are, release what no longer serves, and live as a conscious creator—to help you embody your true purpose and shape a life rooted in true freedom, and the infinite power within.
